track conditioning

i skipped practice all last week.. lol now i get to start all over in weights yay..
we're getting closer to the actual season starting and i really need to start running on my own time

50 side
50 toe touches

i'm pretty sure the weight i gain wasnt muscle
i blame thanksgiving lol
